Construction cleanup in Salado & Central Texas

Exteriors and jobsites cleaned up after the trades leave: dust, mortar and paint splatter, concrete residue and debris.

  • Free estimates
  • Locally owned & operated
  • Commercially insured

What you get

When the framers, masons and painters leave, they leave a mess behind them: concrete splatter on the driveway, mortar on the brick, paint on the walk and a film of dust over everything. We clean it up so the build looks finished, whether you are a builder heading into a final walkthrough or a homeowner about to move in.

Building or remodeling? Send the walkthrough or closing date with your request and we will work backward from it.

Newly built house with a clean driveway and walkway

What's included

  • Mortar, concrete and stucco splatter removed from brick, stone and flatwork
  • Paint drips and overspray lifted off concrete and hardscape
  • Construction dust washed off siding, soffits and trim at low pressure
  • Driveways, walks and patios pressure washed
  • Light jobsite debris picked up and hauled off
  • A final rinse and a walkthrough with the builder or owner

How we handle it

  • After the trades, not before. Cleaning ahead of the painters or masons only means cleaning twice. We time the visit to the end of the dirty work.
  • Gentle on new surfaces. Fresh brick, new mortar and new paint can't take what a ten-year-old driveway can. We pick the method per surface so the cleaning doesn't etch or strip it.
  • Punch-list ready. We walk the property with you and take care of anything the final walkthrough turns up.

What construction cleanup covers

The phrase means different things to different people, so here is how we draw the line.

  • Exterior and site cleanup. Washing off the dust, mortar, concrete and paint the trades leave behind, on siding, brick, flatwork and hardscape. That is the core of what we do.
  • Jobsite debris. Light debris and leftover material gets picked up and hauled off. Large amounts of lumber, drywall or demolition waste are a dumpster job, and we will tell you up front which one you have.
  • New concrete. A new slab keeps curing for weeks, and hard pressure on young concrete can mark it. We wait, or use a gentler method if the cleanup can't.
  • Interior finish cleaning. Detail cleaning inside the house is a separate trade. If that is what you need, we will tell you straight rather than take the job.

What affects the price of construction cleanup

  • Size and stage. A rough clean on a framed building is different from a final clean on a finished home or storefront.
  • What is on the surfaces. Dried mortar, paint overspray, adhesives and stucco splatter each take a different approach and amount of time.
  • Surfaces and access. Glass, concrete, brick and fixtures all need the right method, and multi-story access adds setup.
  • Your deadline. Tell us the walkthrough or closing date and we work backward from it, so scheduling can affect the scope.

Construction cleanup questions

Do you clean up for builders and contractors?
Yes. Builders and remodelers call us for the last stretch before a walkthrough or closing: mortar and concrete splatter, paint overspray, dust on siding and flatwork. Tell us the date and we will work backward from it.
How soon after construction can new concrete be pressure washed?
New concrete keeps curing for weeks, and hard pressure on a young slab can mark it. We generally wait, and use a gentler method if the cleaning can't.
Can you remove mortar and concrete splatter from brick?
Often, if it is fresh. Mortar haze and light splatter come off with the right cleaner and low pressure. Heavy, fully cured concrete may not come off without risking the brick, and we will tell you honestly what will and won't before you book.
Do you haul away the debris?
Light jobsite debris, yes. Large amounts of lumber, drywall or demolition waste are a dumpster job, and we will say so up front.
Can you work around the other trades?
Yes, and that is the point. Cleanup that happens before the last painter or mason is done just gets undone, so we coordinate the timing with you.
